I’m putting up an antenna outside, but it needs to be attached to a steel pole (long story, not crucial) so I had to find out the size of the mounting holes on a j-bracket. I shot an email to sales with my question, expecting the usual - thanks for reaching out, we’ll get back to you in 48 hours. But nope, I got a reply with the info in... just 6 MINUTES! - big shoutout to Louise, you’re awesome.

That’s not a mistake, six minutes.

My order showed up today and everything’s perfect, couldn’t have asked for better service.

No guessing needed on where I’ll be looking first for tech stuff in the future.

These folks are con artists. I created the website they’re currently using and offered paid support for a month, but they never paid and kept lying throughout. I worked with Paul Stephenson, Dave, and Louise. Paul admitted he was dishonest about the requirements.

Don’t get fooled by their deceit!

I own an RUT 950 router that recently went out of warranty, and it started acting up—completely cutting off my internet access. I reached out to Solwise, and they guided me step by step to fix the issue. Their after-sales support was absolutely top-notch.

I picked up a usbwifi patriot wi fi booster for my vacation caravan. The holiday park offers wifi, but it was only good for checking emails and such. After setting up this booster, which was a breeze, the wifi speed jumped to 144mbps, letting me enjoy all the features of a smart tv. I'm really happy with it and would definitely suggest this product.

I received a call to go over the order details. First off, my colleague and I could hardly make out what she was saying, and to top it off, she just hung up on me! Her demeanor was quite unpleasant. Honestly, this is the worst support I've encountered in ages.

I've been working with Solwise for over a decade now. Never had any issues and their prices are solid, especially if you snag that trade discount. Plus, their tech support over the phone is pretty helpful. 👍

This company is just the worst to work with. They send out defective items, won’t take responsibility for returns, and their offer to pay for postage on a unit sent back twice was turned down later on.

The tech support is completely useless, providing no help at all - AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I made an online purchase after 3 pm and they charged me about £7 for next day delivery - then sent out the item around 3:35 the following day, and now it’s only gonna show up three days later (ordered on a Thursday, so the weekend got in the way).

I find it pretty outrageous to charge for a service they can’t actually provide, and even worse, to take my money and not process the order until over 24 hours later.

A telephone engineer suggested I reach out to them. I contacted them to purchase some wi-fi network extenders. The advice I received was straightforward, laid-back, and super friendly. The products I picked out perform great, and I’d definitely recommend them. It’s nice to steer clear of the big players in the industry and support these smaller, dedicated specialists.

I think the technical help is excellent, and the price is pretty reasonable.

This kit is super simple to set up. It includes clear instructions, and the team is available to assist if you require help. John

I've been a customer of Solwise for several years now, and I've consistently received great service along with high-quality gear. The only minor drawback is the delivery time, which takes about 2-3 days unless you fork out extra cash. But all in all, it's still a solid choice.

Fantastic support and service! I sent the item back to Solwise for warranty, and it was returned to me in just 3 days.

Great help over the phone. Had a little issue with the item since the password had a 0 that looked like an O!
